Terms of Service

Last Updated: March 2026

1. Enterprise Agreements

Access to CheckLLM digital workers and deployment architecture is strictly governed by the Master Services Agreement (MSA) executed between CheckLLM (or Stringify AI) and your corporate entity. These Terms of Service act as the foundational baseline for all deployments.

2. Deployment Phasing (Observational First)

CheckLLM enforces a mandatory "Observational First" deployment protocol. You agree that our digital workers will operate in read-only ("Observer") and human-in-the-loop ("Co-Pilot") modes before transitioning to full autonomous execution. Bypassing these safety phases violates our deployment standards.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to utilize our digital workers solely for authorized, internal enterprise automation. Attempting to reverse-engineer our compliance kernel, disable safety firewalls, or direct workers to perform unauthorized external network actions is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of service.

4. Limitation of Liability

CheckLLM engineers robust deterministic boundaries to prevent unapproved logic. However, the client retains ultimate responsibility for verifying business outcomes and configuring appropriate internal approvals. CheckLLM is not liable for data states existing in legacy infrastructure prior to deployment.
